Ms. Jordan is a seasoned entertainment attorney who brings substantial experience in the acquisition and implementation of content into entertainment distribution systems. Ms. Jordan served as Director of Programming for Direct TV and specialized in interactive and multimedia content acquisitions. Ms. Jordan was Vice President at K-tel International where she founded their Audio Book and Children's Music division, and negotiated intellectual property and distribution agreements with content suppliers and major music outlets, as well as implemented sponsorship tie-in deals with fast food companies, music outlets and major supermarket chains. Prior to that Ms. Jordan was Vice President of Dove Audio, the leading seller of audio books, where she handled all business affairs for their film, TV and book sales. Ms. Jordan received her JD from Pepperdine University School of Law and her BS in Radio, Television and Film from the University of Texas. She has worked in the legal department for Paramount Pictures, Network Television Division, and has had her own legal practice handling numerous entertainment clients including digital cable channels, multimedia companies, commercial directors, television and film production, sports and broadcast graphic design companies.
